Since all of our products are printed to order, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:
Timeframe: Changes can be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
Conditions:
The product must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.
We do not accept changes for customized or made-to-order products.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Send an email to support@danimicoids with the order number and reason for the request.
We will respond within 48 hours with instructions.
